Abstract

BSC is a modern method of measuring efficiency of organisation. It is mostly known in the business, but also has its foundation in public administration. Article points to the process of implementing BSC in enterprises and organisations in the public administration. Among other, the article points to the problems in the implementation and benefits of BSC applications.
