Abstract

Dear readers,
in this issue of the international scientific journal we offer contributions focused mainly on the problems of informatization and public administration efficiency. There are presented research and survey papers but also the information from the field of software products creating for public administration. Research papers are about several points of view on public administration efficiency. The authors focuse their attention stepwise on innovations (V. Bobáková), territorial self administration (E. Mihalíková, B. Stehlíková, M. Taušová), process maps creating for employee performance optimization (A. Čepelová), influence of work performance and ethics (E. Župová, A. Saksunová) and also the problems of mortgages (K. Kočišová) and measurement of bank applications security (J. Bucko). Survey papers are focused on the areas of regional self-government bussiness activities (S. Sedláková, Z. Vaľovská), hedge funds strategies (M. Šoltés, M. Krajčík) and social enterprice in Czech Republic (V. Beck). Interesting information about agile software development is contributed from KROS Inc. (J. Haderková).
