As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the author guidelines: download the file ITA-paper-template.
Where available, URLs for the references are provided.
Contributions are received to our journal by these steps:
- Submission: after registration, you can submit your article on journal webpage.
- Review: at first stage, your article is checked by journal editors, whether the topic and content corresponds to the scope of our journal. At second stage, two anonymous reviewers are asked to make review and to state final recommendations. At third stage, journal editors decide the level of acceptation: yes, yes with asked corrections, no.
- Copyediting: if your article is accepted, you are asked to send corrected camera ready article, or your article is scheduled to production as is. Small corrections can be made by our editor to improve design of your document to fulfill our standards.
- Production: accepted camera ready article is scheduled for the next journal issue
