Abstract
The article focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of a web-based system for doctor shift scheduling. The aim was to create an efficient and user-friendly application that simplifies the scheduling process and reduces administrative workload. The system enables doctors to specify their availability preferences through an interactive calendar, while schedules are generated automatically based on predefined rules. The results show a significant improvement in scheduling efficiency, reduction of errors, and increased user satisfaction compared to traditional Excel-based approaches.
