Abstract
The question of algorithmization of decision-making in identification and management of objects with inhomogenious characteristics is considered. The analysis of features of objects with inhomogenious characteristics is carried out. The decision-making basis in management of objects with inhomogenious characteristics is defined. The necessity for the development of human-machine procedures of decision-making in management of objects with inhomogenious characteristics is proved. General principles of management of objects with inhomogenious characteristics are presented. Inhomogeneity of management results in a variety of variants of management, each of which is characterized by the set of indicators. The three approaches for turning of indicators which depend on the information sources are offered. They are aprioristic, dialogue and adaptive. The classification signs which are the basis for a choice of the optimum decision in management of objects with inhomogenious characteristics are offered.
